Detailed Analysis of My Position on Illegal Aliens
Being a United States citizen is the greatest birthday present that any newborn baby will ever get. And yes, I have used the word “birthday” for a reason, as children of legal United States citizens are automatically United States citizens when they are born. Sadly, so are the children of the illegal aliens who have violated our laws and have illegally entered our nation. This is a travesty of justice in that we reward the children of these criminals with the greatest honor the world has to give—being a United States citizen. And yes, Kay, if you cross our borders illegally you are a criminal and not “undocumented” as the media likes to call these criminals. The vast majority of Democrats, and of course, Kay Granger, obviously disagree with my assessment, as their voting record on key legislation such as HR 3722 proves. Please make certain to see my position on repealing the 14th Amendment to the United States Constitution for what we can do to correct this insanity.
Speaking of insanity, that is the perfect word to describe what is going on in America today. We have illegal aliens by the millions crossing our borders, never even being checked for diseases such as dysentery, leprosy, and the mumps, which have all made a major resurgence and can be easily traced to illegal aliens. Illegal aliens, from day one, are told how to “milk our system,” and basically how stupid the American taxpayer is. They receive free food, shelter, and most detrimental to our economy, scot-free medical care. Look no further than the rash of hospitals in California that have been systematically bankrupted. This is also happening in Texas, and will explode if it's not stopped now. We had our chance to stop a good portion of this with House Bill number HR 3722. This brilliant bill, which I promise I will reintroduce, called on any illegal alien that receives medical attention at a United States hospital to be reported and presumably deported. Furthermore, this bill made it clear that if an illegal alien wanted to be treated for a non life-threatening condition, he would be transported back to his home country if it was determined that his condition wouldn't worsen. This certainly makes sense to any American patriot. I would never deny emergency medical care to anyone who needs it. However, upon that patient’s stabilization, out they go. They are fingerprinted, and if they ever show up in America again, they get a five-year prison sentence as a “welcome back” present. Do you have any idea how many illegal aliens visit our emergency rooms every day for treatment of non life threatening ailments such as headaches and colds? Do you know that for some of these routine visits the taxpayers are billed in excess of $500 to $1,000 per visit? This insanity has to stop or we will all end up sleeping on dirt floors like they do in Castro's wonderful Cuba. Think it can't happen here? Think again. Now, if bill HR 3722 were to become law, just imagine how many illegal aliens would be flooding our hospitals with non life threatening conditions. Not many, and I estimate the savings to taxpayers in Texas alone could top the $1 billion dollar level with ease. You want to fix health care? Then start with no care for illegal aliens, except for life-threatening conditions. When they are stable, they are deported immediately, and if they have any assets (unlikely) they are seized for our reimbursement as taxpayers.
I get sick when I hear the words “these jobs won't be done by Americans.” What type of Leftist garbage is this? Speaking of garbage, I have picked up garbage, cleaned toilet bowls, cut lawns, washed dishes, and engaged in a whole host of “hard to do” jobs in my life. For one thing, hard work can only benefit a person, and for another, it certainly motivates people to climb the ladder of success that we are blessed to have access to as American citizens. Our unemployment rate is now close to 10 percent, even though Obama rushed us through his despicable “stimulus bill” with the promise that its passage would “keep unemployment below 8 percent.” Funny, the Democrat-controlled media, like CNN, MSNBC, CBS, and NBC don't seem to recall this. When people are forced to either pick up garbage and clean toilet bowls or not eat, you watch how fast these jobs get filled. We are paying Welfare and other government benefits to illegal aliens, while in some cases the very same illegal alien is working these same remedial jobs. If you take the illegal alien out of the equation, government expenditures would drop radically. Another massive side effect of removing illegal aliens from our nation would be an abundance of remedial jobs for United States citizens to do. From your economics 101 you should remember that if American’s truly wouldn't do these jobs (BS as far as I'm concerned) then Capitalism would take over as it always does. Employers would pay a premium wage for people to perform these jobs until the market balanced and the jobs were filled.
Another crushing blow that America takes at the hand of the illegal alien are our increased tax bills due to our schools being flooded with illegal aliens. I'm sorry, but children of illegal aliens are not entitled to a free education courtesy of the “tax-paying fool.” Democrats love to blast America, and when I hear this garbage I always answer with the following: Yeah, America is a bad place, that’s why illegal aliens from all over the globe will walk across deserts, swim dangerous rivers, and sadly, even die, to enter our nation. What we need to do in Texas is demand that all people, regardless of race, who use our schools, hospitals, or receive any services from us, must prove legal citizenship. At the very least this would steer illegals away from Texas and toward other more lenient, Democrat-controlled states. In time, those states will catch on, or go bankrupt like California, and simultaneously the taxpayer in Texas would see some relief. Our schools and all of our services must go to United States citizens and United States citizens only.
Along with citizenship comes the right to vote in our elections. ACORN has made a mockery of our elective process. Please read my section devoted to ACORN and their convictions for voter fraud. Illegal aliens have the nerve to vote in our elections, and states such as California turn a blind eye. You notice I reference Democrat states such as California, New York, and Massachusetts quite often. The reason is because if we slip any further, we will become just like them. Politicians that support this Democratic agenda—especially ones like Kay Granger, who wear the Republican label when it's reelection time—are truly enemies of our state and nation, and must be stopped. Hopefully, I will be successful in my quest to do just that. Democrats and their willing collaborators are going to make a major push to make illegal aliens United States citizens overnight. If this ever happens, our Democracy is lost, and the Conservative ideology that I am proud of will go down the sewer along with our tax dollars.
Perhaps the greatest danger that illegal aliens pose to America's well-being is the threat of crime and terrorism to our citizens. It only took a handful of Middle Eastern men, the vast majority who were in the nation illegally, to kill thousands of our citizens on September 11th, 2001. As you might know from my Bio, I was a firefighter (a captain for four years) in suburban New York. The four individuals (both police and firemen) who instructed me over the years on how to extricate injured people from car accidents were all murdered that day. If you don’t believe that there is a certain percentage of terrorists in this nation waiting for the right time to kill you and your family, you are sadly mistaken. For our security over the last eight years, thank the only components of our government that function properly—the military and federal, state, and local law enforcement. Aside from the terrorist threat posed to Americans because of illegal aliens, let us never forget the “street crime” threat to our families. I know Democrats always say that “all illegal aliens just come here to work and better themselves.” What a crock of garbage. Facts are things that are truly alien to the Democratic party. Here is a good fact that you need to know. A full one-third of all federal prisoners are illegal aliens. Do you have any idea how much money this costs us as taxpayers? Some estimate the annual cost to be in the neighborhood of $15 billion or more. An extensive study was done in 1989. It found that the average cost for anyone convicted in America of murder and sentenced to life in prison costs the taxpayer $3.9 million dollars, until this murderer dies of natural causes in jail. 1989 was a slow year compared to now in that 2,158 illegal aliens were convicted of murder in 1989. This will cost the taxpayer $8.4 billion until the last of these 2,158 wonderful illegal aliens dies in jail. Like I have been saying, this madness must stop while we still have time. Furthermore, in 2002 33.6 percent of all felons sentenced to federal prison were in fact illegal aliens. Money is certainly a major factor for deporting illegal aliens, as we will surely go broke if we don't start radical deportations immediately. But money can’t buy what illegal aliens took from these families. Houston has insanely declared themselves to be a “sanctuary city.” Well, the illegal aliens are sure thanking them for this. In September 2006, Houston police officer Rodney Johnson was murdered by illegal alien Juan Leonardo Quintero. Quintero was a previous illegal alien criminal, convicted in 2004 of “indecency with a child” and “ordered deported.” In July of 2008 illegal alien Hung Truong ran over and killed another Houston police officer named Gary Gryder on Katy Freeway. According to other officers at the scene, this lovely illegal alien showed no remorse and was even laughing uncontrollably upon seeing Officer Gryder's twisted, broken, bloody body. I know Democrats and people like Kay Granger say the illegals all “just come here to work.” It would take me months to detail all of the horrible homicides that United States citizens have suffered at the hands of illegal aliens. Please help me stop this insanity.
In conclusion, if you want to become an American, great! Do it the honest way. Fill out the paperwork and let us check your health and your background. If it comes up clean, welcome to America. That being said, anytime we have an unemployment rate above 3.5 percent, I would close the borders totally until our internal unemployment rate decreased. Why bring in unskilled labor when our unemployment rate is high? It defeats the purpose. Additionally, any person becoming a naturalized United States citizen must be proficient in English. We are an English speaking nation, and it's imperative that our English language heritage never be watered down. I will support and propose that English be designated the official and only language of this great nation. Our law requires that all future citizens pass tests in English, not Spanish or German. Take note that my website is only in English, and that’s the way it will stay. If you can't read English, then legally you can't vote. I only wish Democrats and their vile groups like ACORN would respect this law. Please read my position on the 14th Amendment. The fact that citizenship is given to children of illegal aliens is a disgrace and must be stopped immediately. We still have some politicians who aren't afraid to stand up to these Democrat lobbyists, and with your help, and of course the help of God, we will soon have another—me. Yes, you have the power to send me to Washington to fight for you, and to put Kay Granger into retirement. Finally, I advocate the intense deportation of all illegal aliens of any and all races and religions. If you are pulled over for so much as a red light violation, and you are determined to be an illegal alien, out you go…and we keep the car! Raise the penalties—and for that matter, raise the stakes on operating in Texas as an illegal alien, and watch how fast our illegal alien population decreases. In time, citizens of New Mexico, Arizona, etc., will see the light and demand that our national politicians deport illegal aliens and truly close our borders. People say this will be hard. I say defeating the Nazis and the Japanese was hard, and Americans will stand up and meet this hard test. Our survival as a nation depends on it.
