My Position on Healthcare and Reforming our Healthcare System
I believe no person, regardless of citizenship or insurance, should ever be denied emergency care for life threatening situations. If an illegal alien receives this emergency care, then he or she must be reported and deported immediately. Any assets they have must be seized to pay the taxpayer back, and any family that are also illegal aliens must be deported with them. Elements of my plan were presented to congress a few years back in the form of HR 3772. With the help of ultra Liberal “Republicans” like Kay Granger, the Democrats defeated HR 3722. Granger’s vote makes it very clear: campaign money first, the illegal alien second, and the legal residents of Tarrant, Wise, and Parker counties somewhere way down the food chain.
I believe that if you are a United States citizen with a preexisting medical condition, you should not be left out in the cold; you will be covered. I elaborate on this point in the explanation section below.
I believe that the gold-plated health care that we have in America should be provided for life to all career military personnel and their families. I also believe the same gold-plated health care (the type the illegal alien gets for free right now) must be provided for life to any disabled veteran, and to any non career military personnel who have served our nation with two years or more of service in “combat/war ZONES” such as Iraq and Afghanistan. We owe our gratitude to our military men and women, not to the illegal alien who is bleeding us dry.
I firmly believe that the Democrat and Liberal Republican trial lawyering vampires must be stopped. I support limits on damages assessed not only on doctors, but on every American and American business. Fraud committed or induced by these trial lawyers should result in their disbarment. I would go a lot further than the soft “tort reform” that others are talking about.
