In-Depth Analysis of My Positions on Free Speech and the First Ammendment
Hard for me to believe in less than 250 years, America has fallen so fast that the people in power actually advocate restricting and even eliminating our precious freedom of speech. Brave men wear this patch and thousands of others like it. I wish America had the same meaning to Obama and his Czars, as it did to Patrick Henry and the modern day heroes in the military that protect us.

While Kay Granger says and does nothing on this subject, I promise that I will propose legislation defending free speech for all. It's a cause that I am truly willing to die for. I, for one, will not live in a society of state-run radio and television that Obama's Czars and numerous other Democrats are currently trying to implement in the United States. Explaining the draconian plans of Obama's advisors might seem "alarmist" and "unbelievable" to some. The best way to get the urgency and reality of this insanity across to you is to quote Obama's Czars directly. This is serious business with the stakes being so high that I believe our Democracy is on the line. Obama has selected Mark Lloyd as another one of his unauthorized Czars. This clown has been given the title of "Chief Diversity Officer at the Federal Communications Commission." One of his key statements is as follows. In an essay Lloyd wrote: "The rise and influence of Rush Limbaugh and other Conservative radio hosts were traced to relaxed ownership rules and other pro-business regulation that destroyed localism." This mad Marxist has also said commercial radio stations should either "play by the rules or pay." His definition of “pay” is an arbitrary fine/tax that presumably Lloyd himself would decide. Numbers that have been floated would take talk radio off the air with ease. Okay, let’s digress and examine what this leftist imbecile has said in just these two statements. It could fill a book.
There are clear battle lines being drawn here. First and foremost, Capitalism vs. Socialism. Rush Limbaugh's success is due to two factors that Democrats detest:. Hard work, with the individual doing the work keeping the vast majority of the fruits of his labor; and the free market accepting what Rush Limbaugh has to say. Or, in simplified terms, the very same Capitalism that has made America the greatest Nation on earth is the very same Capitalism that Obama, Biden, Lloyd, and all the rest, want removed. Yes, in their sick minds, Communism/Marxism being led by them in a dictatorial fashion is what is needed. I'll say it again. Rush Limbaugh and all the other great talk radio minds got where they are through their own hard work, and the acceptance of the audience. Advertisers and sponsors would have pulled the plug on Rush Limbaugh 10 years ago if they weren't capitalizing off his enormous audience. Again, called Capitalism.
Another economic factor that may have led to the success of Conservative talk radio is the fact that the public now clearly sees that the television broadcasters (except for Fox) have degenerated into nothing more than Democrat propaganda regurgitators, and thinking people need an alternative voice. This dope Lloyd surely must realize that Liberal talk radio has been launched in a massive way, and failed miserably. Why did it fail? Obviously, Capitalism again defeated Liberalism in its purest form. There was no audience for this nonsense talk, even though every Liberal newspaper and television promoted it ad nauseam. The people in the Capitalist nation and the advertisers rejected it. But recognize the fact that the Bush Administration placed absolutely no restrictions on the Liberal radio whatsoever. They were Capitalists, and they were not Dictatorial censors like Obama clearly is. These stations bashed Limbaugh, Cheney, Rove, and every other Conservative around the clock, and yet the Bush Administration, in keeping with the Constitution, did nothing to prevent these people from speaking and "redressing their grievances to the Government." But you see, Obama and his heroes, like Pol Pot and Mao, understand that "the people can't think for themselves." No, the statist's, as the great one Mark Levin likes to point out, are "better suited to make decisions for the masses then we are" in their own disturbed minds. Like hell they are.
Okay, now to the most dangerous thing that Czar Mark Lloyd the Marxist has said. How about his quote of "play by the rules"? I know there are rules of free speech in Cuba and Venezuela and other Marxist cesspools, but there are no rules of free speech in America. At least, not yet. So what are the "rules" Mark? The only rules of speech in America are the restriction of the advocacy of violence, and slander. If any top talk radio host ever slandered anyone, the case would be in the media nonstop. And of course, I would support the injured parties right to seek a just remedy in the courts if it could be proved. But the rules that the Totalitarian Obama regime are talking about are their rules—they believe anything any citizen says against Obama or the Democratic party are subversive and must not be allowed to continue. Funny, when the filth in the media criticized both Bush Administrations and the Reagan Administration’s every move that was free speech. Criticism of Obama? Why, that’s different. That’s “unsanctioned speech” that must be eliminated. When the Leftist's in the media criticized Conservative and middle-of-the-road Republican administrations, the talk radio world accepted the invitation to a healthy debate. Never once did any Conservative politician or talk radio host ever call for the elimination of CNN or MSNBC. Why? Because our side respects the free speech of all, as well as the Capitalist principles of free enterprise. We also know that in a level field of debate, Liberalism/Communism is exposed for what it is. Repressive, Totalitarian failure that always ends in poverty, and sadly, mass murders culminating in human genocide. Seventy-plus million human souls taken by Mao. Another estimated 40 million soles butchered by Marxists like Castro, Chavez, Stalin, Pol Pot, and Kim Jon Ill, just to name a few of the mass-murdering heroes of today's Democratic party. Just ask them, they will tell you. Praise for monsters such as these is nonstop. Congresswoman Watkins (D-CA, IQ unknown) recently praised Cuba's murderer Castro as one of the "smartest leaders she has ever met." That's not as telling as it sounds, as I'm sure she has met with numerous members of Obama's administration and probably Obama himself.
Most relevant and despicable of all is Mark Lloyd's reference to an uprising in Venezuela that threatened to topple the anti American murderer Chavez. The common link to Democrats with Chavez is, of course, his shared hatred of the American Capitalist system as you and I know it. Chavez can say it, but most Democrats can only think it and act it, as overt words might cost them some votes. Although these days with ACORN voter fraud and in the Leftist districts they come from, I believe most of them are safe. Specifically, Lloyd credited Chavez’s regime with withstanding an overthrow by "shutting off communications." That’s right. Lloyd thinks it was good that Chavez knocked opposition radio and television off the air so that dissenters couldn't speak out, and most importantly couldn't stay informed and organized. This bunch knows all about organizing communities. Can you see how dangerous this is to the first amendment? Can you see that Obama, his Czars, and a majority of Democrats want our free speech eliminated, and how this Marxist insanity threatens our survival as a once thriving Capitalist nation? Can you even for one second believe that as we speak an "Internet kill switch" that would shut off all of America's Internet service is being tested by the Obama Administration? Don't doubt it, they have already admitted to it. As a final laugh they have stated that if President Obama viewed a national security threat was imminent, he could summarily "kill the internet." No checks and balances, of course, just Obama's decision and his alone as to when to shut off and when (if ever) he decides to turn the internet back on. Oh, this is not science fiction, this is real Marxist, Totalitarian, Dictatorial policy being readied for implementation on U.S. soil by Obama and various other Democrats. Specifically, Senate Bill 773 is already written and ready to go. Section 18 of the bill states verbatim: "The President would be given the authority to declare a cybersecurity emergency, and order the limitation or shut down of Internet traffic." Obama's definition of "a cyber emergency" is his and his alone. It could be that Democrats suffered a major loss at the polls. It could also be that Obama has silenced talk radio and people are "organizing protests on the internet." Basically, it's whatever Obama says goes. Much like his hiring without confirmation and FBI investigation of these Czars at $172,000 per year a pop. Democrats led by Obama will also have assistance from the usual small group of Republican collaborators in taking away our free speech via Internet shut downs. These "Republican" collaborators must all be voted out of office, including Olympia Snow (R-ME). Snow's name appears on Senate Bill 773 as a "Co-Sponsor." Funny thing about Senator Snow. Her name keeps coming up as belonging to various leftists organizations that claim to have "Republican membership" (such as The Republican Majority for Choice and Republicans for Choice) — and they do. That, of course, being Kay Granger and Kay Bailey Hutchison. I'll say it again. In the name of honesty and fairness to the electorate of Texas, Granger and Hutchison must now come out and declare themselves Democrats so that the people can realize what they are voting for. Arlen Specter (now a D from PA) has been honest with his voters, and the people of Texas have the right to demand the same from Granger and Hutchison.
You might not be able to see what Granger and other Liberal Republicans are doing to prevent this, and I'm with you there. I can't see a thing they are doing either, except collecting massive bags of campaign cash. Give me five percent of your trust to show you what I will do, and I promise you I will earn the other 95 percent. Preserving the free speech of all Americans to be transmitted and received freely and uncensored in America is an issue that I truly would fight to the death to preserve. I'm very consistent in this area. If, by the grace of God, Obama is knocked out in 2012 (by my calculations we will need north of 60 percent due to ACORN's entrenched voter fraud that gutless Republicans permitted to thrive, unchallenged), I would also defend the right of Obama and his band of Czars to disseminate and broadcast anything they wanted in the media. Democrats are the repressive ones that have to bring up restraint on free speech. Conservatives never have, nor will they ever. Conservatives like myself stand for the Constitution and Bill of Rights. In terms of preventive plans, we are limited, but not without hope. I would love to see the state of Texas and all states establish separate radio and possibly television transmission stations that could be used in the event of Obama shutting down free speech in America, like his worldwide Communist heroes such as Chavez have done. Governor Rick Perry implied the possibility of a succession movement in retaliation to our liberties being taken away by a dictator. I pray that day never comes. But, I fully understand that with psychopaths in the positions of Czars who clearly state they would welcome this, it is clearly a possibility whether we want to admit it or not. If that day ever comes, I'm on board with succession, as I will not be silent and live in an Obama-derived Marxist dictatorship. The fact that his Czars have made their intentions clear is cause enough for me to recognize the possibility of this happening. Now I just want to leave you with with a couple of thoughts as you go. Has a Conservative ever restricted free speech? Why have Obama, his Czars, and numerous others indicated their willingness and enthusiasm to do this. Why are they afraid of free speech? And what are you prepared to do to protect each and every right our Founding Fathers so thoughtfully and generously granted us in the Constitution and Bill Of Rights? I can't believe we have degenerated as a Nation to such a level that such questions have to be asked. Very sad indeed.
